Technical Sales Consultant

The Candidate:
We are looking for a salesperson with technical and lighting experience who:
• has 5 years of national and regional customer project management in the lighting business. From outdoor or streetlighting area is an advantage.
• has strong analytical, negotiating and communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
• has an excellent understanding of technical solutions in lighting - outdoor preferably.
• is result-oriented and determined to succeed in a fast-paced, vibrant and fast-growing market.
• preferably has experience with project selling to international private and public ESCOs and municipalities.
• has Danish as a native language and is fluent in English. Scandinavian language is an advantage.
• is an energetic, pro-active and pragmatic team player.

The Position:
The successful candidate will become part of a small and experienced core team located at our headquarters in Ørestad, Copenhagen. From first contact and successful sale until final shipment/deployment, documentation and after-sales, the candidate will be a key person in the Novalume Solutions organization.

The Responsibilities:
• Develop a strong relationship with our key-stakeholders: end customers, distributors and prospects.
• Establish and execute a strong lead generation process focusing on the Nordic & Baltic markets.
• Identifying relevant public tenders with LED streetlighting and Light Management Systems.
• Map and maintain the database on key customer segments (ESCOs, installers, OEMs, etc.).
• Establish new distributor networks and agreements, and maintain the existing ones.
• Introduce and implement best practice of project management including financial reporting, time schedules, resources, risks, lessons learned.
• Daily support and general sales activities within Novalume Solutions HQ.
