Novalume Solutions is a Danish innovative Smart City Lighting company that works towards greener and smarter public lighting solutions. Based on our international experience, we have created the unique wireless Lumintell™ Light Management solution allowing municipalities to significantly reduce their energy consumption, CO2 emissions and maintenance costs. The Candidate:

From UAE and Poland to Vietnam and Colombia, our international projects portfolio is expanding rapidly, and we are looking for an international sales professional to support our company’s growth. The role requires:

  • 5 years of international customer project management in the lighting business. From outdoor lighting or software area is an advantage,

  • strong analytical, negotiating and communication skills,

  • proven ability to effectively communicate complex ideas, issues, concepts and technical solutions to clients and executive project stakeholders,

  • experience with project selling to international private and public organizations,

  • fluency in Danish and English.

 

The Position:

The successful candidate is result-oriented and determined to succeed in a fast-paced, vibrant and fast-growing market. He is an energetic, pro-active and pragmatic team player, and will become part of a small and experienced core team located at our headquarters in Ørestad, Copenhagen.

 

The Responsibilities:

  • Develop a strong relationship with our key-stakeholders: end customers, distributors and prospects.

  • Establish and execute a strong lead generation process focusing on selected markets outside of Nordic and Baltic countries .

  • Develop engaging business and market entry strategies,

  • Establish new sales channels and distributor networks and agreements,

  • Introduce and implement best practice of project management including financial reporting, time schedules, resources, risks, lessons learned.
